Pay by Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card through our secure checkout system.

Pay by Money Order, Cashier's Check or Personal Check: Add your desired items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. Enter your billing and shipping information and select the appropriate shipping method. Then choose "Check" as your payment method. Enter your check number, or "9999" if you do not have one, and continue the checkout. Print two copies of the next screen, which contains your order number and order information. Keep one copy for your records and mail one to us with your payment, made payable to "Prescott Designs". Send to the address under the "Contact Us" section below.

Please note that we will hold your personal check payment for seven to ten working days to make sure your check clears. You will be contacted if there are any problems.

Terms and Conditions

Alaska and Hawaii residents: Please contact us first to request a shipping quote. Shipping may be higher than what the shopping cart system quotes, and will be adjusted by us to reflect the difference.

Customer has 5 working days from the date of package delivery to check the order content and report any discrepancies. We will only be responsible for order discrepancies reported within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us to resolve your problem, or send your order back to us for a full credit of your order total, less shipping and handling fees.

For proper credit, please enclose your original invoice or shipping documents in the returned package. The shipping cost of returning the package to us will be at the customer's expense.

Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request.

Important: Personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
